I had a fantastic stay at Neptune. The rooms are very big and clean, good airconditioning, warm shower with good waterpressure. All the staff is fantastic, at the reception, in the restaurant, cleaning staff, poolmaintenance and gardeners, all very friendly. Garden and swimming pool well-maintained. Right next to a beautiful beach with private hotel area with sunbeds, where no sales-people are allowed.

The hotel was very beautiful nearly the beach, the staff very simpatic, the size of the room basically it was a big flat.I had the full pension the food was excellent menu a la carte .Every night life music great singers ,and i love the night that it was a show whit senegales dance great performance. Was a perfect holiday and safe as a female solo traveler .

Apart from the breakfast, which was disappointing, the rest of the stay at the hotel was excellent, EXTREMELY helpful staff very accommodating, extremely friendly- went out their way to assist and the added bonus was that they allowed us to check out, of the hotel, at 19.00hrs for no extra cost! Lovely people!

Breakfast was good with a chef available every morning awaiting your order for omelettes pancakes fried egg etc. Hot fresh pastries ,cereal and fruit pot and lovely Senegalese juices tea coffee lots more. Rooms were fine you get what you paid for and a bit more with great staff. Swimming pool was lovely and clean everyday.

Great hotel, amazing pool and beach area. Good breakfast and nice and spacious rooms. The staff was really nice and welcoming. Location is perfect to enjoy the surroundings. Great access to the beach with beds provided included in the price.

The staff was very friendly. I stayed in one of the suite and it was beautifuly designed. The ground was very clean. The security guards were very friendly and always ready to help with parking and other info you ask them. The management is doing a great job.
